The Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System (PISCES) is a new type of regulated trading platform, that allows for the intermittent trading of private company shares. PISCES forms a key part of the UK Government’s strategy to reinvigorate capital markets, and drive innovation and growth in the UK.

We plan to launch the Private Securities Market and become a PISCES market operator later this year. Our new market will make investment in private companies more accessible for professional and sophisticated investors in the following ways:
