Dr. Amol Sarva is an American technology entrepreneur and investor and is currently the co-founder of the venture capital firm LifeX Ventures, which backs early-stage companies building the AI tech stack for health and biotech, and Aikito, a turnkey construction platform. Amol is a serial entrepreneur and was the second employee of Virgin Mobile USA in 2000, helping to build the model, design the data features, and raise the money for the company. Dr. Sarva is also known for founding or co-founding companies including: Blue Mobile, a prepaid wireless provider; Peek, the pioneer of the mass market smartphone; Halo Neuroscience, a neurostimulation technology that boosts brain function; Knotel, one of the largest flexible office providers in the world; and Knotable, a collaborative notes app. He is a backer, advisor, and mentor at 50+ companies, and currently teaches at Columbia University. Amol received his undergraduate degree from Columbia and his Ph.D. in Cognitive Science at Stanford.

Cassie Young is a General Partner at Primary Venture Partners, where she invests in enterprise software companies and leads the firm's portfolio support team. Primary is a $1B AUM early-stage venture capital firm in New York that has backed category-defining companies such as Alma, K Health, Latch, Alloy, Dandy and Vestwell. Before joining Primary, Cassie was Chief Customer and Commercial Officer for Marigold, an Insight Partners roll-up of marketing technology software including Sailthru, Campaign Monitor, Delivra, Emma, Vuture and Liveclicker; Cassie assumed that role when Marigold acquired Sailthru, where she was Chief Revenue Officer.Prior to Sailthru, Cassie served as VP Marketing & Analytics at Gerson Lehrman Group ("GLG"), VP Marketing & Growth for Savored (acquired by Groupon) and was an early employee at TheLadders.com. She began her career as a tech and media analyst at Citigroup Global Corporate & Investment Bank. Cassie graduated from Duke in 2005 and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Wendy Huang is a Senior Business Development Manager in the Americas Primary Markets team at London Stock Exchange. She provides guidance to companies and investment managers in the region on accessing capital from high quality institutional investors by going public, cross listing or launching investment funds on London Stock Exchange. Prior to joining LSEG in 2020, she spent over 8 years in Equity Sales at Societe Generale in New York, bringing equity, macro, asset allocation, quant and ESG research to institutional investors in the US. She graduated summa cum laude from the Macaulay Honors Program at Baruch College with a BBA in Finance & Investments and is a CFA Charterholder.

Chris helps companies from the Americas access capital through equity listings on London’s public markets and has helped nearly a hundred companies from the Americas to complete this journey. He is a specialist in capital raising, liquidity and exits in the small and micro-cap space, with a unique perspective spanning multiple geographies, sectors, and public and private financing/exit alternatives. He has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience in New York and London for Barclays, Salomon Smith Barney, Citi and Schroders. His expertise includes executing more than 130 transactions including IPOs, listings, financings, and M&A in the U.S. and Europe, collectively valued over $100bn. He is also currently Advisory Board Chair for a US based microcap focused technology M&A advisory firm. He holds a First Class Honours Bachelors Degree in International Business and German from Aston University, a Masters Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and is a CFA Charterholder.
