Charlie Schilling is a seasoned executive with a track record of leading and scaling software and services businesses. He has held senior roles at Emeritus, General Assembly, GLG, and Bloomberg, focusing on commercial strategy and enterprise growth. He began his career in investment banking (Robertson Stephens, SG Cowen, Jefferies) and consulting (BCG). Charlie holds a B.A. from Georgetown and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

He lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters, serves on the board of the Episcopal Church Foundation, and enjoys kiteboarding and spending time outdoors with his family.
