Marcin Górski is a Meteorologist & Weather Analyst within the Weather & Climate Research Team at LSEG.  Before joining the team in 2020, he was an operational meteorologist and weather observer for the Institute of Meteorology in Poland, also a prop-trader at the U.S. commodities and stock market. In 2009, he received a master’s degree in meteorology and climatology from UMCS University in Lublin.  At LSEG, he creates short-term and long-term forecasts for the Agriculture and Power markets, covering countries across the globe. 

As Director of the Weather & Climate Research team within LSEG's Commodities Research team, Tom leads a global team of specialists, analysts, meteorologists and weather experts who provide critical weather and climate data and commentaries with impacts on various related markets, such as agriculture, power, gas, among others. In addition, the team provides proprietary forecasts and insights for various regions and variables/indicators globally. The teams’ content are available within LSEG’s Workspace platform, as well as various data feed products. Tom has been with the team for 15 years, and has a B.S. in Meteorology, and M.S. in Geography/Climatology, both from Northern Illinois University.

Hans joined LSEG in 2024 and is a meteorologist and Research Lead in the LSEG Weather and Climate Research Team. At LSEG he works on data-driven longer-term forecasts and validation, impacts of climate change on commodity markets and the development of AI-based weather forecasting applications. Hans has previously worked as a climate risk and ESG consultant, as a climate data scientist and as a research scientist at the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. Hans holds a Ph.D in meteorology from the University of Oslo.
