Director of the Fintech Financial Innovation Department at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, where he supervises many projects, including: tools supporting the development of financial innovations – PSD2 virtual sandboxes and blockchain. The Department is the author of suptech tools such as EURO-BOZON, and also coordinates hackathon events acquiring solutions based on modern technologies supporting modern financial supervision (more on the websites www.fintech.gov.pl and www.supervisionhack.pl).

From October 2023 is the coordinator of the implementation of the EU regulation on cryptoassets Market in Crypto Assets - MiCA at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority

Deputy Head of the Estonian FIU, responsible for developing and implementing the strategy of its activities. It is also responsible for preventing terrorist financing, implementing international sanctions and supervising and issuing licenses to financial, non-financial and VASP institutions that are subject to FIU supervision. Che Sidanius is the Global Head of Financial Crime & Industry Affairs at Refinitiv (an LSEG business). His role is to identify regulatory changes and lead programs of action with the sole purpose of enhancing the fight against financial crime more effective and delivering the best possible outcome for the industry. Together with the World Economic Forum and Europol, he’s the founder of the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime and Co-Chair of the B20’s Integrity and Compliance Taskforce.

Prior to joining Refinitiv, his work experiences include being a Senior Advisor to the Bank of England's Financial Stability Directorate and previously a Senior Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. His most notable awards included receiving the Presidential Award for managing the 2007-09 Financial Crisis and a driving force behind Refinitiv’s Impact Company of the year award in 2019 and contributor to the same award in 2021.

Che received his Master’s in International Affairs from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University and undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley in California

Michał Gromek jest ekspertem ds. aktywów cyfrowych współpracującym z Organizacją Bezpieczeństwa i Współpracy w Europie oraz Biurem Narodów Zjednoczonych ds. narkotyków i przestępczości. 

Jako członek komitetu sterującego światowej koalicji ds. zwalczania przestępczości, Michał koordynuje panel ekspertów zajmujących się nowoczesnymi technologiami a w szczególności krypto walutami i cyfrowymi aktywami. Pełnił on funkcję dyrektora ds. zgodności w Safello, wiodącym brokerze kryptowalut w krajach nordyckich, którego akcje są notowane na giełdzie Nasdaq. Zainicjował i koordynuje Grupę Roboczą ds. Aktywów Cyfrowych przy Szwedzkim Stowarzyszeniu Fintech wraz z jego Komisją ds. Łagodzenia Ryzyka na Granicach Kryptowalut.

Michał jest autorem wielu publikacji związanych z Fintech i ponad 100 sesji szkoleniowych przeprowadzonych z członkami ustawodawców, organów regulacyjnych i organów ścigania, od Kuala Lumpur po Sztokholm, na temat dochodzeń opartych na CTF, AML i Blockchain w przestrzeni Fintech.

Matthias Bauer-Langgartner serves as the Head of Policy for Europe at Chainalysis where he leads digital assets policy, regulatory strategy, and stakeholder engagement across the region. He also serves as a strategic advisor to Chainalysis leadership on the rapidly evolving regulation of digital assets.

Prior to Chainalysis, Matthias served as a Senior Supervisor at the European Central Bank (ECB), focused on emerging technologies, particularly distributed ledger technologies. Matthias was also Managing Director at Bitpanda and spent more than 6 years at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority leading on digital assets and innovation policy.

Marta Banaszczyk is a Senior Manager in the Financial Crime Unit team dealing with AML/CFT regulations. Marta has over eleven years of professional experience in the field of counteracting money laundering and terrorism financing, specializing in AML, KYC and sanctions consulting. Marta has completed several regulatory projects - in the field of analysis and design of AML procedures and processes, creation of operational models, assessment of sanction processes. She has experience in the actual implementation of financial security measures for financial institutions and other obligated institutions.

She designed and supervised the implementation of quality management programs for both the first and second lines of defense. She also has extensive experience in creating training programs, designing and delivering training, as well as building an approach to knowledge management in organizations.

Marta graduated in Economics from the University of Economics in Katowice. She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in FinTech at the Warsaw School of Economics and holds the following certificates: CAMS, CGSS in the field of sanctions and CAMS Advanced in the field of risk management.

From 2020 to 2023 served as Undersecretary of State, Deputy Head of the National Revenue Administration, and since 2023 she has been serving as the General Inspector of Financial Information.

In 2013-2018 was employed as an internal auditor and then as a finance director in a commercial law company responsible for, among other things, supervision of the financial division and accounting work.
