Tereza Bábová is Senior AML Officer in J&T FINANCE GROUP SE, Prague.

She is in charge of group-wide AML policies and risk management. She is also dedicated to international sanctions policy at group-level. Additionally, she provides advisory on topics and projects related to international sanctions in J&T BANKA and other obliged entities being part of in J&T FINANCE GROUP SE

Previously she worked at the Financial Analytical Office of the Czech Republic where she was responsible for EU affairs both in AML and SAN areas. She also chaired a SAN working group during the first Czech EU Council Presidency. She was also in charge of two rounds of the Czech national risk assessment process.

Jan is based in Prague’s office of LSEG and is responsible for large customers operating on Czech, Slovak and Ukrainian markets.

Paul is specialized on consulting financial institutions and corporate clients in Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Balkan countries on best suitable and customized LSEG risk management solutions to improve and optimize AML & KYC processes and help to meet regulatory requirements. Paul is Austrian and works at Vienna´s office of LSEG with focus on the risk & compliance industry for more then 7 years.

Paul has almost 20 years of experience in the financial and risk data business working for Reuters, Thomson Reuters, Refinitiv and LSEG London Stock Exchange Group.

Zamina has over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector. Currently working at LSEG as a Customer Success Manager for the last two years. Zamina specializes in fostering client relationships and delivering tailored solutions in the risk intelligence.

Prior to this role, Zamina held the position of Head of Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance, where she spearheaded initiatives to strengthen regulatory frameworks, mitigate financial crime risks, and ensure operational compliance.

Elmar started his professional career in the Financial Services Group of Capgemini Consulting, where he specialized in Banking and Capital Markets. He joined Reuters in 2006 as a Market Specialist and moved to Sales after the Thomson Reuters merger.

At LSEG he was responsible for Workflow and Quant & Feed Solutions Sales in the EMEA region. In 2022 he moved into Business Consulting covering Risk Solutions. He also works as a University Lecturer.

Elmar also is a Printing Engineer and has a Master’s Degree in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Linz in Austria.
