Kian Pang Tan is a Research Lead within the Agriculture Research Team at LSEG Data and Analytics. He has over ten years of experience in palm oil research and has authored reports for both the public and private sectors. At LSEG, Kian Pang provides insights into the fundamentals of palm oil and the market. He also leads palm oil and sugar production forecasting frameworks that incorporate weather, teleconnections, fundamentals, and satellite data.


Alif Nurhaziq

Head, Equity Derivatives,
Bursa Malaysia Derivatives

Alif Nurhaziq is the Head of Equity Derivatives at Bursa Malaysia Derivatives. He is responsible for improving and expanding the equity derivatives product offerings of the Exchange. He is also serving a dual role in the Investor Management team, looking after the business development functions of the derivatives market.

Alif brings 11 years of experience in the financial industry. Over the years, he had assumed different roles within the industry, which included treasury dealing in FX and fixed income, stockbroking, equity derivatives trading, as well as forensic audit and investigation before joining Bursa Malaysia Derivatives.

Alif graduated from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom and joined Bursa Malaysia Derivatives in August 2021.

Abdul Hadi Manaf 

Research Analyst,
CLSA

Abdul Hadi Manaf is a research analyst at CLSA serving domestic and international institutional investors. His area of expertise lies on palm oil plantation where he monitors development of plantation companies in Malaysia and Indonesia listed on Bursa Malaysia and Singapore Stock Exchange.

Victor has worked for LSEG/Refinitiv/Thomson Reuters/Reuters more than 29 years. He worked in variety of sales leadership roles across Europe and Asia. Some of the key roles include Business Manager Russia/CIS, Head of Sales CEE, Head of London Direct, Head of New Business Europe, Head of China Sales. Currently he is leading APAC Commodities Sales team. Victor is based in Shanghai.
