PFI & IFR Data Centre

The 2026 PFI & IFR Data Centre Financing Forum will take place on the morning of Tuesday November 3, 2026 in New York.

Now in its second year, the event will look at data centre financing from the project finance and structured finance perspectives in two insightful 60-minute panels.

Panel 1: Data Centre Infrastructure Financing

Power producer partnerships and offtake models
Pricing, tenor, hedge arrangements and risk allocation

Panel 2: Data Centre Structured Finance

ABS issuance, capital markets and investor demand
Securitisation, private markets and portfolio exposure
Off-ramps, refinancing paths and execution under volatility

Each session will feature a diverse panel of senior thought leaders from across the industry spectrum to provide a fully-rounded discussion. Speakers will be announced here soon.
