Paula VanLaningham is the Director of Carbon Research at LSEG.

Previously, she worked at S&P Global for over a decade, most recently as the Global Head of Carbon where she played a pivotal role in the development of the Platts Carbon Market benchmarks and Energy Transition pricing strategy.

Previously, she acted as the Managing Editor of the EMEA Crude Team, overseeing Platts’ North Sea, Mediterranean and West African crude coverage.

Paula has a BA International Affairs from the George Washington University and a MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.

Fabrice is Global Head of Shipping & Agriculture Growth at LSEG.

Most recently, he was responsible for the commodities and shipping product strategy of Refinitiv.   

Fabrice holds an MSc of Finance from the Faculty of Applied Economics, Aix-en-Provence. 

Geir is CDO of Siglar Carbon and his experience spans from shipping analytics, shipbroking, and building digital solutions combining business intelligence with industry experience

Capt. Amrit Singh has over 30 years of shipping industry experience gained in various roles. Singh began his career at sea and ascended to become Captain with Wilh. Wilhelmsen, Norway before stepping ashore. Prior to joining LSEG (formerly Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters), he was a Senior Equity Analyst at Clarkson Capital Markets in London with coverage of listed Shipping, Oil Services and Transport (Airlines & Automobile) companies across the U.K., Europe, South Africa and Asia. Previously, he has held position as General Manager of a shipping agency and has served as Head of Corporate Planning in a shipping company. 

Singh holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Edinburgh Business School, UK. Besides a Diploma in Ship Management from NSTC at North West Kent College, UK, he also qualified as a lead auditor/auditor in Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
