David is responsible for the vision, strategy and performance of the Risk Intelligence Division encompassing Screening, Due Diligence, Trusted Payments and Fraud and Identity Solutions. The Risk Intelligence business provides a suite of solutions to help navigate risks, avoid reputational damage, reduce fraud and ensure legal and regulatory compliance around the globe.

David was previously CEO and President of Accuity and Managing Director of Financial Crime Compliance and Payments at Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions.

With 15+ years of executive business leadership experience, David has successfully transformed successive businesses and unlocked growth via transformation, M&A, and strategic changes, driving constant innovation and a culture of high performance.

David has an established reputation as a coach and motivator who builds world-class, high-performing teams. He is Co- Chair of the Technology Experts Group of the Global Coalition in the Fight Against Financial Crime. The coalition brings together different parts of the anti-financial crime ecosystem and with this collective expertise it blends best-in class approaches to financial crime management, risk intelligence, law enforcement, public-private information sharing and thought leadership.

Sally Joined LSEG in 2021 to head the Global FX sales transition business and client account management, having joined from Record Currency management, as Global head of sales.

Previously Sally has spent majority of her career in various Investment Bank Sales management roles spanning FX, EM rates and credit and commodities, 7 years at BNP Paribas running FX, Emerging markets and CD Sales, 12 years at UBS running UK & Northern European FX sales, 3 years AIG Trading and 8 years at JPM in FX Sales roles.

Tasked with significant business expansion strategies which have required large transformational hiring plans to build diverse, high performing teams in order to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.

David Schwimmer is CEO of LSEG and a member of the Board of LSEG plc.

Since joining the Group in 2018, David has overseen the transformation of LSEG from a European regional exchange group to a diversified, global leader in financial markets infrastructure and data services. Prior to his role at LSEG, David spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs in a number of senior roles, most recently as Global Head of Market Structure and Global Head of Metals & Mining. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

David holds a B.A. from Yale University, and postgraduate degrees in law (JD) and international affairs (MALD) from Harvard University and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, respectively.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) and the American Ditchley Foundation and is a Senior Adviser to Chatham House and a member of the Principals Group for the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ).

As part of the Data and Analytics Leadership team at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), Emily leads the Analytics business and is the CEO of Yield Book. In these roles Emily leads the transformation of trusted data into actionable and AI-powered model insights across LSEG, and for its clients. Emily is also a member of the Bank of England AI Consortium and holds board positions with Finbourne and Turquoise.

With a background of over 17 years in quantitative financial analytics at leading institutions such as Lehman Brothers, RBS, Barclays and BlackRock, Emily has extensive experience developing analytics solutions for customers.

Franck Gossieaux is Group Head of Strategic Accounts, LSEG where he is entrusted with unlocking LSEG's growth potential within their most strategic accounts and global customer-facing teams. His focus is on driving strong strategic account development and establishing valuable customer partnerships. Franck has a wealth of experience in sales, client solutions, and revenue growth strategies.

Prior to joining LSEG, Franck was at the Third Bridge Group in London, a leading provider of investment insights and research in global consulting strategies. As the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), he took on the responsibility of driving growth and revenue expansion for the organisation. Previously he worked at FactSet in 2004 as part of its acquisition of JCF Group and has since held multiple senior leadership roles across the globe, including Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). During his tenure he demonstrated exceptional skills in driving sales and client solutions and played a pivotal role in shaping the company's revenue strategy and building strong customer partnerships.

Outside his professional commitments, Franck is an active member of LER (Les Entrepreneurs Réunis), a consulting firm of entrepreneurs and startups based in Paris. Beyond his professional pursuits, he maintains diverse interests in fine art, travel and entrepreneurship. Franck is based in London with his family.

Jenny Cosco is LSEG’s Global Head of Government Relations and Regulatory Strategy where she is responsible for the Group’s public policy and regulatory agenda across all geographies, divisions and functions, alongside LSEG’s engagement strategy and profile with government stakeholders, regulators, and industry associations.

Prior to joining LSEG in September 2021, Jenny spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs (in New York, London and Hong Kong) where she led two regional Government Affairs teams in Asia Pacific and in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

During this time, Jenny and her team developed and executed a number of policy and regulatory advocacy campaigns in Europe, Asia Pacific, Washington, DC and globally on issues ranging from securities markets regulation, clearing risk, market access and cross-border investment.

Jenny has held a variety of leadership roles in key industry associations.  Currently she is a Salzburg Global Fellow, LSEG’s representative at IOSCO’s Affiliate Member Consultative Committee (where she co-chairs the Emerging Risks Working Group), and a member of the Financial Services Trade Advisory Group at the UK Department for Business and Trade.

Jenny holds a BA in Government and French from Georgetown University in Washington, DC where she currently sits as a Senator on its Board of Governors

Andrei Serjantov is Head of Digital Global Markets at BNP Paribas. As part of his role he is spearheading all aspects of implementation of GenAI in Global Markets as well as being a board member of Fnality International. He has extensive experience in roles which focus around developing and applying new technology and models across quantitative research, electronic trading, digitalization and data strategy. He has also participated in a number of industry initiatives, was CFO of Nym Technologies and held board seats at Neptune Networks and DirectBooks LLC. Andrei has a PhD and MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and follows some of the research directions in applied cryptography, distributed systems and AI.

Krishna heads up Product and Programme delivery for the first global end-to-end blockchain powered exchange solution, as Head of Delivery for the London Stock Exchange Group’s Digital Markets Infrastructure, launched in September 2025 in partnership with Microsoft.

Over a career of 15 years in global finance, Krishna has led large multidisciplinary teams delivering over US$200 billion of transactions across more than 60 jurisdictions.

Prior to LSEG, during 2023-24, Krishna advised on the UK’s Primary Markets Effectiveness Review, the most comprehensive package of reforms to the UK’s capital markets since the 1980s , aimed at bolstering the competitiveness of the UK, rewriting the UK Listing Rules and revising the Prospectus and Public Offers regimes. Prior to that, he spent over a decade as a Corporate/M&A lawyer at Magic Circle/White Shoe firms, as a trusted advisor to boards, global companies and sovereign states on their most complex, high-value, high-stakes and strategic transactions.

Krishna was brought up in New Delhi and educated at St Stephen’s College Delhi, Merton College Oxford, and Sciences Po Paris. He was named by Financial News as one of the Rising Stars of European Finance in 2024. In 2023, Krishna was one of 75 recipients of the UK-India Achievers Honours awarded by the UK and Indian governments to mark 75 years of India’s independence.
