Patrice Rassou is the Chief Investment Officer at Ashburton Investments. He is responsible for Ashburton’s investment philosophy and investment process and manages key funds in the Ashburton portfolio. He is a seasoned investment professional with three decades of experience, having worked for some of the most reputable local asset managers.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc (Econ) First Class Honours, an MSc (Economics) from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He is a regular investment and markets commentator in the media. He is passionate about sustainable investing and studying the impact of technology on the world of work. He is the past treasurer of ABSIP Western Cape.

Iva has spent the majority of her career consulting to some of the largest pension funds in the country. For the first 10 years of her career, she worked at Alexander Forbes Financial Services, spending two years in the investment team focused on portfolio construction of their global solutions. She subsequently worked at Investec, focusing on bespoke investment solutions for small- and medium-sized retirement funds, and then at NMG Benefits, where she led their key account management program across the business.

Iva joined Sygnia in January 2020 to provide advisory services to some of our larger clients and to focus on the development of the Sygnia Itrix business. She is passionate about working with people and building long-lasting client relationships.

Iva holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Statistics degree from the University of Pretoria, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State and is a CFA charter holder.

Musa Malwandla is a Co-CIO at Differential Capital, responsible for Data Science and AI in the investment process. Prior to Differential, he was a well-rated sell side analyst and a lead model developer at various banks. He holds a PhD in Finance from UCT.

Sanju has broad spectrum knowledge about financial markets across APAC, EMEA & Americas as he has spent the last 24 years working closely with Customers, Regulators and partners.

In his current role he aims to leverage his advance knowledge about Financial Market Ecosystem and domain expertise on Capital Markets and Data & Workflow Solutions, to identify, explore and create solutions which are solving current and future problems utilising evolving technology toolkits.

Sanju has built his career around solutions consulting and product management. Sanju is passionate about Innovation; mindset that enables one to excel consistently in generating new and practical ideas and successfully executing them.

With over 20 years of experience, Prerna Raigaga is an accomplished global leader with a diverse background. She began her career on Wall Street with a subsidiary of Bear Stearns and was part of one of the first firms listed on the electronic exchange in New York. In 2010, she joined LSEG, advancing from the Fixed Income/OTC derivatives content sector to leading Customer Success Division within Central Eastern Europe Middle East Africa (CEEMA)

Prerna has been instrumental in developing and nurturing client relationships with the largest banks and partners in her region making a huge impact in their strategic initiatives. Known for her proactive attitude and "Whatever it Takes" approach, she ensures customers fully leverage the value of LSEG. She holds a master's degree in management planning from Stevens Institute of Technology, USA, and is a dedicated advocate for women in leadership roles.

Vera is an accomplished Sales Director with over 19 years of experience in the financial market data and infrastructure industry. Currently she covers with her team region CEEMA (CEE, CIS and MEA) at LSEG D&A.

Her multifaceted experience and proven track record contribute significantly to driving innovation within the financial markets data and analytics landscape and helping her customers to overcome their challenges of automation, cloud and data management.
