Bridging the divide: A practitioner’s dialogue on geopolitical sanctions & export controls

For legal and consulting practitioners navigating the frontline of international trade and corporate compliance, the geopolitical landscape has become the primary source of complexity and client demand. The rapid proliferation of conflicting sanctions regimes, extraterritorial controls, and strategic trade restrictions demands not only vigilant monitoring but also the design of legally defensible, operationally viable strategies.

This closed-door forum convenes leading law firm partners, senior in-house counsel, and top consultants for a focused, practitioner-level exchange. We move beyond high-level trends to dissect enforcement nuances, interpret regulatory developments, and discuss actionable frameworks for advising clients and safeguarding operations in an era of regulatory fragmentation.
