Mapping LSE's services to your Functions

All FEs are required to complete a Register of Information and submit it to their European Supervisory Authority (ESA). Details of the Register are set out in the DORA Implementation Technical Standards. Register 6, specifically RT.06.01 – Functions Identification – contains the list of functions and identifies which of those functions are Critical or Important.

Why we need this information

FEs are entitled to certain additional contractual rights under DORA when the ICT Service provided to them supports a Critical or Important Function (CIF) as defined in DORA. LSE needs to know which of LSE’s ICT Services materially support your CIF(s) to be able to support our planning for the appropriate level of support for ICT Services that support CIFs.
We suggest that you have your Functions Register data available as you complete the next section of this Form.
The Form will present a list of the services that LSE may provide to your organisation. You can request to add services to the list for LSE’s review if you believe it to be incomplete. LSE will endeavour to review any such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the complexity of the request.
For each of the LSE service(s), enter the name(s) of the function(s) that the service supports, and indicate if the function is a CIF - as indicated in your Register of Information field RT.06.01.0030.
