Julia Hoggett

Julia Hoggett joined the London Stock Exchange plc as CEO in April 2021. Julia is also Head of Equities for LSEG and is leading the team on the Group’s Digital and Securities Markets initiatives. Previously, Julia was at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as Director of Market Oversight, overseeing the conduct of market participants. She joined the FCA in 2014 to run the Wholesale Banking Supervision Department. Prior to this, she was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, running various fixed income origination businesses in EMEA. Julia was previously a Board Member and CEO of DEPFA ACS BANK in Ireland. She began her career at JPMorgan. Julia holds a degree in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University and undertook a research scholarship at Kings College, Cambridge University on public policy in East Africa.

Julia was included in Financial News’ 100 Most Influential Women in Europe’s Financial Markets (2010, 2011, 2012, 2021 and 2022).

Julia has been an active speaker on Diversity and Inclusion in the City for two decades.

SU Gang 苏罡

Mr. Su Gang currently serves as chief investment officer of  China Pacific Insurance and director of CPIC AMC. Before joining China Pacific Insurance, Mr. SU served as general manager of the Fixed Income Department of Shenyin Wanguo Securities Company. Mr. SU holds a PhD degree.

ZHU Ling 朱聆

Mr. ZHU Ling, County Lead of Capital Markets, CDP China (Hong Kong, Taiwan and the mainland of China). Before joining CDP, Ling was the Head of Banking and Capital Markets in the Department for International Trade in the British Embassy Beijing. Ling started his career in China Development. Ling has a Master’s Degree in Fudan University, where he studied low carbon economy and contributed to several projects in climate transition and sustainable finance such as Shanghai Low Carbon Economy Development Route 2050.

朱聆先生目前主管CDP在中国的资本市场业务（含港澳台）。朱聆先生在可持续金融领域有多年的研究和实务经历，曾就职于国家开发银行，英国政府驻华金融服务部门等机构。朱聆拥有复旦大学学士和硕士学位，硕士研究方向为低碳经济，曾参与“上海2050年低碳发展路线图”项目，发表《上海市碳排放强度的影响因素解析》、《基于合同能源管理项目的资产证券化分析》等论文。

Francis Giglio

Francis Giglio is the Chief Executive for Hong Kong Branch and Global Head of Relationship Management for the Depositary Receipts business. Mr. Giglio was previously Head of Depositary Receipts in APAC.

As Chief Executive Mr. Giglio is responsible for the effective management and oversight of BNY Mellon’s Hong Kong branch business and clients, serving as primary contact with regulators and ensuring high audit and compliance standards to effectively manage and mitigate risk.

Based in Hong Kong since 2012, Mr. Giglio joined BNY Mellon from Nasdaq where he was General Manager, Asia Pacific, responsible for both the Listings and Corporate Services businesses in the region. Frank first came to Asia in 2010, joining the Singapore Exchange in partnership with Nasdaq, as Vice President, in the Corporate Services and Listings Division.

Frank has over 16 years’ experience concentrated across global capital markets, having worked closely with leading global investors, institutions, and executive management teams in both Asia and the US.

Mr. Lijun Sun is the Co-Head of Global Banking of UBS Securities Co., Ltd and a member of UBS Securities Management Committee. He was one of the first experts to obtained the sponsor representative qualification in 2004 in China. Mr. Sun worked at UBS Securities from 2008 to 2017. During 2017-2018, he was Co-Head of Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse Founder Securities before rejoining UBS Securities in 2018.

Mr. Sun is qualified as a Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) and Chinese Registered Lawyer (Non-Practicing).  He holds an MBA degree from Peking University and has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking.

Ms. Chen is the Managing Director of the Data and Analytics business of the London Stock Exchange Group, overlooking Greater China and North Asia markets, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development and sales management across the financial services and technology sectors.

Since joining the data and analytics business in 2006, Ms. Chen has been responsible for the restructuring and transformation of the company over the past 17 years, and has been committed to client servicing, working with partners to promote the development of China’s financial market, including strategic partnerships with China’s four major state-owned banks, various financial institutions, listed companies and government agencies. She was named Fortune's Most Powerful Woman in Business in China in 2021 and 2022.

Ms. Chen now focuses on the provision of industry data and solutions services for Greater China and North Asia markets, by leading the team to provide customers with financial information and data services from around the world, including financial and risk management software, workflow solutions, content, analysis and business insights.

Jean Li 李健女士

Jean Li is Director, China at FTSE Russell and has the role in driving company’s growth in China while FTSE Russell has established itself as one of the leading index providers for asset owners and institutions in Great China area.

Based in Beijing, Jean works closely with asset owners and other institutional investors to ensure FTSE Russell’s indexing solutions are accessible and consistently meeting investor needs. With a focus on developing and implementing sales activities, Jean’s responsibility also covers both communication with regulators and local financial media. 

Prior to re-joining FTSE Russell, Jean was the Director, Chief Representative of BlackRock Beijing Representative Office and was responsible for the contact and communication of BlackRock's businesses with regulators and institutional investors in Mainland China. Prior to that, she was with FTSE Group and responsible for sales and marketing as well as operation management in China and held various positions at firms such as FTSE Xinhua Index and Hong Yuan Securities.

Jean earned an MS degree from Southampton University of UK majoring in International Banking and Financial Studies, and the Bachelor of Economics from University of International Business and Economics.

Charlie Walker

Charlie is Deputy CEO of the London Stock Exchange plc having joined in 2018 to lead the Equity and Fixed Income Primary Markets businesses.

Charlie is a capital markets specialist and previously worked within J.P. Morgan

Cazenove’s Equity Capital Markets team responsible for originating and executing

equity transactions. He has assisted in raising over £45bn of equity capital across five continents on behalf of clients.

During his time at JPMC, Charlie also worked in Sydney raising capital for companies on the Australian Stock Exchange as well as taking primary responsibility for the South African equity capital markets practice.
