Use Case: Russell 1000® Fast 10% VT Index

The Russell 1000 Fast 10% VT Index is designed to maintain volatility close to its target by using intraday rebalancing technology that allows it to react quickly to market fluctuations while dynamically managing exposure to the Russell 1000 Index. During periods such as the 2025 U.S. equity sell‑off and volatility spikes, the index outperformed a hypothetically constructed index that also targets 10% volatility, but cannot respond to market movements in the absence of intraday technology.
