Please join us on 26th June for an in-person market open and morning event hosted by the London Stock Exchange Group, to celebrate the launch of the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards as part of a week-long series of events taking place around the world. This invitation-only event hosted by Emmanuel Faber, Chair of the ISSB, Julia Hoggett, CEO, London Stock Exchange and Arne Staal, CEO, FTSE Russell, will bring together important stakeholders of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) to discuss the significance of the new standards, S1 and S2, in creating a global baseline of high-quality sustainability information for investors. Invited guests include accounting and audit leaders, regulators, chief sustainability officers, CEOs and finance executives.

In addition to Emmanuel, Julia and Arne, other confirmed speakers include Baroness Penn - HM Treasury Lords Minister, David Atkin - CEO, PRI; Eelco van der Enden - CEO, GRI; Sue Lloyd - Vice-Chair of the ISSB; Mardi McBrien - Chief of Strategic Affairs and Capacity Building, IFRS; Sacha Sadan -Director of ESG, FCA; Liz Fernando - CIO, NEST; and Andreas Barckow - Chair, IASB.
