London Stock Exchange
INVITATION

Listing in London, the world's most international stock exchange

In partnership with BDO, Deutsche Numis, Hawksford and Pinsent Masons, we are delighted to invite you to an update on the UK Capital Markets, recent regulatory changes, and an update on how to raise finance on the London Stock Exchange.

The UK has recently announced the greatest changes to the listing rules in over thirty years, which makes it simpler join and operate on the Main Market of the Exchange. The new rules provide more flexibility for companies to raise capital and in turn will create more opportunities for London’s international investor base.

This event will also cover various aspects of an IPO transaction, connecting you with the network of advisers who can support founders considering a possible IPO in London on either AIM or the Main Market.
