Senior LNG Analyst at LSEG covering Global LNG Market analysis and forecasts both on a short-term and long-term basis with particular emphasis on Africa and Latin America, supply forecast, supply/demand balance, trade flows, LNG contracts, cargo origination and ship tracking. Before joining LSEG, Olumide worked at ICIS as an LNG Researcher/Analyst and at S&P Global as an Energy and Political Risk Analyst focused on West Africa.

Olumide holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria as well as a master’s degree in Oil and Gas Management. 

Senior Gas Analyst at the European gas research team at LSEG. He is involved in research and forecasting contributing to short-term and long-term outlooks for the European gas market.

Before joining LSEG in 2021, Yuriy worked as a gas analyst at Naftogaz of Ukraine and a coal analyst at Argus Media focusing mainly on market research and price assessment projects. He holds an MBA degree from the Kyiv School of Economics and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Central European University and Kyiv Mohyla Academy. He is a frequent media commentator on gas market developments in Europe.

Wayne Bryan is Director of European Gas Research at Refinitiv. He has a degree in Finance and holds a master’s from UCL in International Finance.

Having started his career at a major energy supplier, Wayne moved into consultancy, working as a procurement analyst. His most recent role saw him working for Alfa Energy as a trader/market analyst, responsible for its commodities market intelligence delivery and content, as well as risk managing several large gas and power portfolios.

He is frequently quoted in the media and presents at conferences across Europe with a focus on European and global gas markets.

Tim joined LSEG in 2022 and has since been involved in European gas market research with a focus on forecasting consumption and production. This has included developing methods for tracking demand destruction and developing a bottom-up forecast of Norwegian flows. Tim has a Ph.D in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Manchester with multiple publications on the safety and lifetime extension nuclear reactors in partnership with EDF. 

Marina Tsygankova is Interim Director Global Gas& Coal research since February 2024. Marina has been part of the Natural Gas European Research team since 2012, building various analysis and writing market reports covering European gas market.

Before joining Refinitiv, Marina worked as a researcher at Research Department of Statistics Norway, Unit for Petroleum and Environmental Economics. Marina Tsygankova holds Ph.D and Master of Science degrees in Social Economics from University of Oslo.
