Bruce Kellaway is Global Head of Securities and Collateral at LCH, covering RepoClear, EquityClear in London, SwapAgent, and the Collateral and Liquidity Management business, which manages cash and non-cash collateral. Bruce is focused on helping members and clients by delivering innovation in products, processes and data.  

Prior to joining LCH in September 2014, Bruce spent 20 years at Lloyds Banking Group, where he held roles as Interim Head of Trading and MD of Swaps, before being appointed Managing Director of Rates Trading. During his time at the bank, Bruce was instrumental in building a successful and focused rates trading function, and creating a leading GEMM (Gilt-Edged Market Maker) from scratch. 

Bruce studied Economics at the University of Durham.

Michael has over 15 years’ Management Consulting experience, working with leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 investment banks, Fintech organisations and systemically important financial market infrastructures. He has a wealth of experience leading high profile regulatory, cost or efficiency change and transformation initiatives, inclusive of industry and peer benchmarking services, operating model design and implementation. 

Marcus has been at the centre of regulatory solution design and delivery at LSEG for over 14 years. He is responsible for leading the pre sales function for LSEG’s regulatory reporting business, UnaVista, and LCH’s Digital Product Group. Marcus has been central to the delivery of the UnaVista MiFID I ARM, EMIR Trade Repository go live and MIFIR go live streams, bringing both regulatory subject matter knowledge as well as technical expertise to help firms meet their reporting obligations. More recently, Marcus has helped guide the design and delivery of UnaVista Analytics solutions, which further enhance client’s credibility in managing a successful control framework and ensuring they meet their MiFIR regulatory obligations.

Prior to joining LSEG, Marcus worked for software technology providers, Fiserv and CheckFree, designing and delivering key operational risk solutions in a range of roles, including implementation, consultancy, product management and pre sales.

Dr. Lie Zhang works at UnaVista as product owners team lead. He is also the product owner of UnaVista Data Analytics. Lie has many years of experience in data analytics product development and management. He has managed a number of data analytics projects across many industries. He is proud of being able to help clients achieve their business goals by leveraging state-of-the-art technology and agile product management methodology. In his spare time, Lie enjoys playing the cello and the piano and Bach is his favourite composer.

Lie holds an MBA from Cambridge University, a PhD from University of Wales, and an MSc from Imperial College London.

Thomas is Product Director for LCH Data and Analytics, responsible for LCH’s data and analytics solutions, and for overseeing the global commercial strategy. Thomas has over a decade of experience in the application of analytics, cloud services and emerging technologies for financial services. Before joining LCH in 2019, he spent eight years at Thomson Reuters in senior positions, latterly as Global Head of Analytic Services. In this role, Thomas spearheaded the business’s response to key customer priorities, including MiFID II and digital transformation. Prior to this, he was a Financial Engineer for Kx Systems.

Thomas holds a MSc in Financial Services and a BSc in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick.

Sholthana has held various roles in front line supervision, central banking & finance, bringing many years of valuable experience to the FCA in its mission to become a digital and intelligence led regulator.

Sholthana is recognised as a thought leader and considered a pioneer of RegTech and Data. This has been recognised by various institutions, and as result her counsel and advice is often sought after by other Central Banks, regulators and private bodies across the globe. Examples of this include being invited to high profile summits such as the G20. 

The influence of Sholthana is substantial, she was named in the 2021 DataIQ power list of the most influential people in Data.
