What's New? | Real-Time – Optimized customer dashboard launching

The Refinitiv team is preparing to launch monitoring dashboards and support tooling for the Real-Time – Optimized cloud-based data feed. The dashboards – built in collaboration with the Refinitiv Data Platform – are designed to further enhance the resilience of Real-Time – Optimized. The Insight Dashboard will deliver to clients all the information they need to properly administer the service, such as service availability, service issues, where their sessions are connected to, how many instruments are open, and other key statistics.
What's New? | PCAP shared storage solution with AWS, providing access and analysis of PCAP data in the cloud

With our shared storage solution with AWS, you can now access and analyze our PCAP data in the cloud without needing to maintain a separate copy of the data.

The case study in this joint article between AWS and Refinitiv is a good example of the benefits the solution provides, giving you immediate and easy access to the highest quality, lossless PCAP or normalized data stored in our AWS S3 buckets. The work here involves approved and proposed US Securities and Exchange Commission changes to the way odd lot data is published, which may substantially increase message volumes. The analysis uses Amazon Elastic MapReduce (Amazon EMR) on historical PCAP market data provided by Refinitiv, part of London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), on AWS Data Exchange. Complementing our PCAP solutions, Refinitiv Real-Time – Direct and Real-Time – Ultra Direct have strong track records of delivering market data to clients during conditions in which message rates are surging. We recently collaborated with Google Cloud to host an event in London showcasing Tick History – Query – an innovative solution combining the world's largest Tick History database from Refinitiv with the compute power of Google BigQuery for complex queries and analysis in seconds.
