The PFI & IFR Data Centre Roundtables will take place on the morning of Thursday, October 30 2025 in New York.

The financing of data centres took a giant leap forward in 2024, setting new records in the project finance loan markets to support the booming demand driven by AI advancements – we are on pace to smash those records in 2025.

With telecoms project finance surging 37% to an impressive US$80bn in 2024, it's clear that the sector is on an upward trajectory. In the Americas alone, US$44.3bn was closed in the telecoms sector, a dramatic increase from US$13.8bn in 2023.

As projects mature, fundraising is also increasingly happening in structured finance markets. As we move through 2025, the spotlight is on accelerating data centre buildouts and forging deals with power producers. To ensure stable energy supplies, power developers and data centre providers are increasingly collaborating, often bringing an ESG angle to the financings. Understanding best practices and delivering exceptional results for developers in this space is now more critical than ever.

This inaugural event will consist of two 60-minute panels: one focusing on project finance, the other on structured finance. Each session will feature a diverse panel of senior thought leaders from across the industry spectrum to provide a fully-rounded discussion, exploring a variety of crucial topics, including:
