Joined XTX in 2018 as part of the distribution team, which is responsible for both the distribution and liquidity management of their OTC client franchise. Spent the first 5 years focused on FX, NDF’s, Precious Metals and now expanding into U.S & European cash equities. Previously at EBS, focused on their EBS Market (CLOB) offering, largely in a product role. 

Global Head, Prime & Financing, FSS and FM UK Head

Andy Ross joined Standard Chartered to run Global Prime brokerage and head UK Financial Markets.  Before Joining Standard Chartered bank Andy was CEO of CurveGlobal, an interest rate derivative platform backed by LSEG and various market practitioners.     

Andy was previously a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he was the Global Head of Listed Electronic Execution & European Head of Derivatives Clearing, part of the Prime Brokerage management team. Andy joined Morgan Stanley in June 1998 as an Analyst in Operations and after serving a variety of roles which included Counterparty Portfolio Management and running the XVA desk in Europe.  Andy left Morgan Stanley March 2016 to take up his CEO role at CurveGlobal.

Andy is a known industry expert, and heavily involved in a number of key industry initiatives in the listed, OTC and counterparty risk management space; including having previously served on CCP risk committees and industry association boards.   Andy is a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion being an ally and supporter to a number of initiatives.

Based in London, Andy resides in Buckinghamshire, with his wife Sam, their daughter Lottie and his twin boys Elliott and Jackson.

 

Olga Khusainova is a seasoned professional with a robust background in FX and fixed income markets, spanning over 15 years of international experience in the financial services industry in various roles. 

Olga has joined JP Morgan in 2022 and is E-Trading product manager leading FX in digital markets. In her current role Olga is responsible for innovations in FX cash and swaps products, electronification of FX market, transformation of dealer intervention platforms for FX eTrading channels, cross-asset tooling for voice sales and clients, and regulatory controls covering various asset classes.

 Prior to JP Morgan, Olga worked for 7 years at UBS (UK and Poland) as product owner, where she managed large-scale initiatives related to complex market transition of IB business in Libor migration and Brexit changes, and was responsible for voice flow trading applications in Fixed Income products.

 Previous to UBS Olga held the position of Head of Corporate Business Development Department in Raiffeisen (Austria/Ukraine), where she shaped strategy and sponsored modernisation of corporate business. She demonstrated leadership in revamped FX processing, custodian business expansion in corporate banking, and rolled out digital corporate lending nation-wide.
