Joined XTX in 2018 as part of the distribution team, which is responsible for both the distribution and liquidity management of their OTC client franchise. Spent the first 5 years focused on FX, NDF’s, Precious Metals and now expanding into U.S & European cash equities. Previously at EBS, focused on their EBS Market (CLOB) offering, largely in a product role. 

Olga Khusainova is a seasoned professional with a robust background in FX and fixed income markets, spanning over 15 years of international experience in the financial services industry in various roles. 

Olga has joined JP Morgan in 2022 and is E-Trading product manager leading FX in digital markets. In her current role Olga is responsible for innovations in FX cash and swaps products, electronification of FX market, transformation of dealer intervention platforms for FX eTrading channels, cross-asset tooling for voice sales and clients, and regulatory controls covering various asset classes.

 Prior to JP Morgan, Olga worked for 7 years at UBS (UK and Poland) as product owner, where she managed large-scale initiatives related to complex market transition of IB business in Libor migration and Brexit changes, and was responsible for voice flow trading applications in Fixed Income products.

 Previous to UBS Olga held the position of Head of Corporate Business Development Department in Raiffeisen (Austria/Ukraine), where she shaped strategy and sponsored modernisation of corporate business. She demonstrated leadership in revamped FX processing, custodian business expansion in corporate banking, and rolled out digital corporate lending nation-wide.

Tina joined UBS in December 2007, responsible for global projects within the FXPB client service team.  She then went on to manage the FXPB EMEA Client Service team and the London Trade Facilitation Team. She was responsible for setting up the Fixed Income intermediation business and went on to be Global head for the FICC PB Client Service team. In February 2014, Tina was appointed FX service delivery head for London and in Feb 2016 she transitioned to the FXPB business. She currently heads up the EMEA FXPB sales team whilst still maintaining global responsibility for FXPB Product Development. 

Kim Le is a Managing Director, Global Head of Investor Sales for Financing and Securities Services (FSS) within Standard Chartered’s Financial Markets division. She leads the strategic development for the Securities and Prime Services proposition for asset managers, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds and all other buy-side clients. Her responsibilities include relationship management, client service, product development, business development and sales delivery.

 

Kim is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience in financial markets, across competitive products in FX, Rates, Fixed income and Prime Services. She joined Standard Chartered FSS in 2021, leading Investors Sales and heading up Prime Sales for EMEA. Kim started her career at NatWest Markets, where she spent 16 years in various management roles across Operations, Middle Office and Sales focused on global financial institutions.

 

Kim is based in London. She has a first-class honors in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Sussex and is a CFA charter holder. She is also an active Freeman of the Worshipful

Company of International Bankers, a mentor in the Women in Financial Markets network and a founding member of the FM UK Women and Allies Network at Standard Chartered.
